开国大将萧劲光,1903年1月出生于湖南省长沙县岳麓山乡一贫苦农民家庭。1955年被授予大将军衔,是中国人民解放军海军创始人之一。1979年当选为第五届全国人大副委员长。是中共第九、十、十一届中央委员,第一、二、三届国防委员。1937年12月,中央军委将在延安的八路军后方留守处改编为留守兵团,萧劲光担任司令员。在中共中央和毛泽东的领导下,留守兵团战胜了各种艰难险阻,齐心协力
Founding General Xiao Jinguang, born in January 1903 in Changsha County, Hunan Province, Yuelu Mountain Township, a poor peasant family. In 1955 was awarded the rank of general, is one of the founders of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy. In 1979 was elected vice chairman of the Fifth National People’s Congress. It is the ninth, tenth and eleventh members of the CPC Central Committee, the first, second and third national defense committees. In December 1937, the Central Military Commission adapted the left-behind divisions of the Eighth Route Army in Yan’an to the Left Corps, and Xiao Jinguang served as commander. Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and Mao Zedong, the Left Corps has overcome all kinds of difficulties and obstacles and worked together
