弱酸条件下钼酸盐可强化H2O2的脱木素性能。本研究表明,在pH值为5的条件下,氧与钼酸盐(如钼酸铵)结合能够降低氧脱木素硫酸盐针叶木浆的卡伯值,该效果与钼酸盐强化H2O2漂白的效果一样。在添加钼酸盐的臭氧漂白段,pH值为5的条件下的脱木素效果优于pH值为3的。对氧脱木素硫酸盐针叶木浆,采用OMPM(E+P)ZM漂白流程,白度至少能达到90%,而且漂后浆的强度和二氧化氯漂白浆相差不多。
Molybdate Enhances the Delignification of H2O2 in Weak Acid Condition. This study shows that the combination of oxygen and molybdate (such as ammonium molybdate) can reduce the kappa number of oxygen delignified kraft pulp at a pH of 5, which is in agreement with the molybdate-enhanced H2O2 bleaching The same effect. The addition of molybdate in the ozone bleaching stage, the pH value of 5 under the conditions of delignification effect is better than the pH value of 3. For oxygen delignified sulphate softwood pulp, the whiteness is at least 90% using the OMPM (E + P) ZM bleaching process, and the strength of the bleached pulp is comparable to that of the chlorine dioxide bleached pulp.
