一市场经济从本质上讲,就是信用经济。现在,我国经济运行中的一个严重问题,就是信用大面积缺失,出现了信用危机,有人甚至用“信用崩溃”来形容目前大量企业和个人严重失信的状况。失信的代价:每年5855亿。我国每年因为逃废债务造成的直接损失约1800亿元,由于合同欺诈造成的直接损失约55亿元,产品质量低劣和制假售假造成的各种损失至少有2000亿元,由于“三角债”和现款交易增加的财务费用约有2000亿元。
