对1mm厚的SUS430不锈钢板材进行表面离子渗氮处理,并将渗氮后的材料进行高温扩散处理。对经过上述处理的材料进行组织观察、XRD分析和显微硬度分析。结果表明,SUS430不锈钢渗氮后芯部组织为铁素体,表面层为晶粒较细小的氮化层;扩散工艺处理后形成复相组织,芯部组织为马氏体,表面层组织为单一奥氏体。SUS430不锈钢、渗氮后和扩散处理后的SUS430钢的平均硬度依次为297.7、1197.7、694.8 HV。
The 1mm thick SUS430 stainless steel sheet was subjected to surface ion nitriding treatment and the material after nitriding was subjected to high temperature diffusion treatment. The material after the above treatment was observed by microstructure, XRD and microhardness analysis. The results show that the core structure of SUS430 stainless steel after nitriding is ferrite and the surface layer is a nitride layer with a fine grain size. After the diffusion process, the complex phase structure is formed, the core structure is martensite and the surface layer structure is single Austenitic. The average hardness of SUS430 stainless steel, nitriding and diffusion treated SUS430 steel were 297.7, 1197.7 and 694.8 HV, respectively.
