高铁在建设过程中,对混凝土的需求是多方面的,需求量也是巨大的。首先在无渣道轨方面,与一般铁路的枕木碎石结构不同,高铁采用的无渣道轨,无论是基础处理,还是轨枕、轨道梁的制作,都需要混凝土,另外高铁项目还涉及大量的桥梁和隧道的建设中对混凝土的需求量都是巨大的。伴随着大量混凝土的需求,必然需要大量的混凝土搅拌站,因此,在高铁沿线上,每隔一段距离就需建设一套混凝土搅拌站,以满足高铁建设中混凝土的生产需求。
