部分脱矿异体骨具有较好的骨诱导性和机械强度,但其抗原性尚缺乏免疫学的专门研究。实验对未脱矿、部分脱矿及全脱矿异体骨进一步用抗原自身消化和连续化学处理后。异位植入C_(57)BL/6小鼠的肌肉内。通过检测抗体—补体介导的细胞杀伤反应来定期观察动物的体液免疫状态。并与新鲜异体骨和新鲜同基因骨移植相比较。结果发现,部分脱矿异体骨移植后在各观察时间点上的细胞杀伤率与同基因骨没有显著差别(P>0.05),与新鲜异体骨有显著差异(P<0.01)。
Part of demineralized bone has good osteoinductivity and mechanical strength, but its antigenicity is still lack of immunological specialization.
