我院自１９９３年２月至１９９４年４月共施行妇科电视腹腔镜术６３例。阐述了妇科电视腹腔镜大、中型手术麻醉方法应首选气管插管静脉复合全身麻醉；介绍了“橡皮手套内取出”的手术方法；提出应用高频电流电凝应注意有发生意外及直接电损伤的可能；认为“内凝”方法较安全，对行显微手术尤为适合；“腔内结扎或缝扎止血”方法安全、可靠，故每个腹腔镜手术者均应掌握；腹腔镜手术“中转”剖腹手术是一种自然的治疗方法的转变。
