采用地膜植棉新技术是我区近年来棉花生产的一项大变革。这个变革有三个特点:一是这一技术传播快,种植面积大。一九八○年新疆只有石河子农科所等单位试种了7.5亩地膜棉花,到了一九八三年全自治区已种植地膜棉花87万亩,四年增长了11.6万倍,其速度是我区植棉史上任何一项新技术的推广难以比拟的。二是采用地膜植棉技术之后,单位面积产量有新的突破,不仅在小面积上获得300斤以上的皮棉高产,而且整条田的出现200斤—250斤的高产典型。据初步统计四年来兵团有9万余亩地膜棉花获得了单产200斤以上的产量。这也是我区植棉史上前所未有的。三是采用地膜植
The new technology of plastic film-mulching is a big change in cotton production in our district in recent years.
