利用荧光光谱法研究了水溶液中齐多呋啶与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互结合反应,研究表明:二者以摩尔比1∶1结合,其平衡常数K0=3.689×103L/mol;实验表明:齐多呋啶与牛血清白蛋白的相互结合作用为单一的荧光静态猝灭过程.
Fluorescence spectroscopy was used to study the interaction between chitosan and bovine serum albumin (BSA) in aqueous solution. The results showed that the equilibrium constants K0 = 3.689 × 103 L / mol. It is indicated that the interaction between zidovudine and bovine serum albumin is a single fluorescence quenching process.
