研究目的是测定优秀男女手球运动员最大吸氧量、无氧阈,最大无氧功率及无氧阈时的主观感觉,探讨性别对手球运动员无氧阈及无氧阈时的主观感觉变化规律的影响。研究发现手球运动员的最大吸氧量为502±52ml/kgmin(男子)、451±32ml/kgmin(女子),无氧阈为423±47ml/kgmin(男子)、369±34ml/kgmin(女子)。手球运动员的最大吸氧量、无氧阈与耐力成绩密切相关,后者大于前者。同时最大无氧功率与最大吸氧量、无氧阈密切相关。同样与无氧阈相关大于最大吸氧量。因此,提高无氧阈对于手球运动员的有氧耐力和无氧耐力具有重要意义。手球运动员无氧阈时的主观感觉男子137±06、女子138±07。不受性别的影响。
The purpose of this study was to determine the subjective perception of maximal oxygen uptake, anaerobic threshold, maximal anaerobic power and anaerobic threshold of elite male and female handball athletes and to explore the influence of subjective changes in the anaerobic and anaerobic thresholds of the male and female handball players .
