目的 研究Gluma脱敏剂治疗牙龄敏感症的临床疗效。方法 采用自身对照设计 (split -mouthdesign) ,共研究81对由合面磨耗或颈部牙本质暴露引起的牙齿敏感患牙 ,观察组 81颗牙采用Gluma脱敏 ,对照组 81颗牙采用 75 %NaF糊剂脱敏 ,分别在治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月进行疗效分析。结果 治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月的总有效率观察组分别为 92 .5 9%、89.3 3 %、40 .3 2 % ;对照组分别为 80 .2 5 %、5 2 .0 0 %、2 2 .5 8%。经统计学处理 ,差异有显著性。结论 Gluma脱敏剂在治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月总有效率均高于 75 %NaF湖剂 ,且两者有效率均随时间延长而下降
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Gluma desensitizer in the treatment of dental aging. Methods 81 split-mouth designs were used to study tooth sensitive teeth caused by face abrasion or neck dentin exposure. 81 teeth of the observation group were desensitized with Gluma and 81 teeth of the control group were treated with 75% NaF paste desensitization, respectively, immediately after treatment, 1 month, 3 months for efficacy analysis. Results The total effective rate of one month and three months immediately after treatment was 92.59%, 89.3 3% and 40.32% in the observation group and 80.25% and 52.0% respectively in the control group 0%, 2 2 .5 8%. Statistically, the difference was significant. Conclusion The total effective rate of Gluma desensitizer immediately after treatment, 1 month and 3 months was higher than that of 75% NaF lavage, and both of them decreased with time
