摘自《SMI》SEPTEMBER等 近年来,发达国家十分重视开发和利用金属涂层带卷。据预测,汽车工业和家用电器是未来涂层板的主要用户。 日本每年生产约150万吨金属预涂层板,其中约有22万吨用于家用电器。1989年,金属涂层板产量的增长率为4～5％,而家用电器使用量却增加了10％。原来全部使用黑钢板的视听设备现在也完全改用预涂层板。日本最大几家家电厂商正打算扩大该预涂层板在电冰箱,洗衣机和微波炉等上的应用。
From “SMI” SEPTEMBER In recent years, developed countries attach great importance to the development and utilization of metal coated coil. It is predicted that the automotive industry and household appliances is the future of the main users coated board. Japan produces about 1.5 million tons of metal pre-coated sheets each year, of which about 220,000 tons are used for household appliances. In 1989, the metal coating production growth rate of 4 to 5%, while the use of household appliances has increased by 10%. Audio-visual equipment, which originally used black steel, is now completely pre-coated. Several of Japan’s largest home appliance manufacturers are planning to expand the use of the precoat in refrigerators, washing machines and microwave ovens.
