一、陕西省刑侦改革取得较大进展,收到明显成效自1997年7月陕西省刑侦工作会议以后到现在已一年多了。截至目前,全省10个地市刑侦改革工作都取得了较大进展。铜川、渭南、榆林、汉中4地市刑侦改革工作已全部完成,其他地市正在全面推开,也即将在年底全部完成。全省107个县市区中,有74个已全面完成刑侦改革。部分县区也即将全部完成,目前全省共建立责任区刑警队329个。有90个县市区已完成了侦审合并,且大部分是一步到位。从目前情况看,刑侦改革进展是较快的,各地通过一年来的运行,取得的
First, great progress has been made in the criminal investigation reform in Shaanxi Province, with remarkable results.
