后浇带,也称施工后浇带。施工后浇带分为后浇沉降带、后浇收缩带和后浇温度带,分别用于解决高层主楼与低层裙房间差异沉降、钢筋混凝土收缩变形相减小温度应力等问题。施工后浇带是整个建筑物,包括基础及L:部结构施工中的预留缝,待主体结构完成,将后浇带混凝土补齐。既在整个结构施工中解决了高层主楼与低居裙房的差异沉降,又达到了不设永久变形缝的目的。后浇带技术应用于钢筋混凝土结构中也是常见的。本文将对施工后浇带的设计和施工进行介绍,分析在施工过程中遇到的问题,并提出相应解决对策,从而更好的避免工程裂缝的出现,别保证建筑工程的质量。 Post-casting belt, also called post-construction pouring belt. After construction, the pouring belts are divided into post-casting settlement belts, post-concretion belts, and post-casting temperature belts, which are used to solve the problems of differential settlement of high-rise main buildings and low-rise skirts, shrinkage deformation of reinforced concrete, and reduction of temperature stress. After the construction, the pouring zone is the entire building, including the foundation and the reserved seam in the construction of the L: section structure. After the main structure is completed, the post-poured concrete is filled. In the entire construction process, the differential settlement between the high-rise main building and the low-level podium was solved, and the purpose of not having a permanent deformation joint was achieved. It is also common for post-pouring technology to be applied to reinforced concrete structures. This article will introduce the design and construction of post-construction cast strips, analyze the problems encountered in the construction process, and propose corresponding solutions, so as to better avoid the occurrence of engineering cracks, and do not guarantee the quality of construction projects.
