一辆XC3260型自卸车,使用中常发现柴油机机油液面增高。综合分析多台自卸车后,归纳出以下几点常规处理方法。 (1)个别喷油器在校定压力时,调定压力值偏低(喷油嘴喷射压力的标准值为18 MPa),致使高压泵供油量过大,燃烧不完全,多余的柴油沿气缸壁流入油底壳;在校高压泵时,个别柱塞调定油量过大,也会产生多余的柴油进入油底壳。重新校定喷油器及高压泵,即能排除此
