当前,随着“企业文化”、“医院文化”、“建筑文化”等概念的相继提出,在学校也流行着一种“班级文化”的概念。班级是学生学习、生活的重要场所,班级管理是学校管理的基本组成部分,通过班级文化建设这种文化育人的方式管理班级,去体现更多的“软”约束和人文关怀。它是一种柔化的管理,具有非强制性的影响力,利用了文化这种隐形的资源和无形的教育力量,可以提高班主任的工作效率,更有效地完成教育目的。笔者最近发现很多学校都在开展班级文化建设,打造特色班级文化,这的确是教育和培养学生的有效途径,但部分班主任在进行班级文化建设时走入了误区。一认为班级文化建设就是制定《班级文化建设方案》
At present, with the concept of “corporate culture ”, “hospital culture ”, “architectural culture ” and other concepts put forward one after another, there is also a popular concept of “class culture” in schools. Class is an important place for students to study and live. Class management is an essential part of school management. Class culture is used to manage classes in a culturally educated way to reflect more “soft ” constraints and humane care. It is a softening management, with non-mandatory influence, the use of cultural invisible resources and invisible educational forces, can improve the work efficiency of class teacher, more effectively accomplish the educational purpose. Recently, I have found that many schools are carrying out the construction of class culture and creating a special class culture. This is indeed an effective way to educate and train students.
