目的探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合左卡尼汀对少弱精子症的疗效。方法将120例男性少弱精子症患者随机分为3组,A组为联合用药治疗组,B组为左卡尼汀治疗组,C组为复方玄驹胶囊治疗组。治疗前、后3个月对病例进行精液参数分析。结果与治疗前相比,A、C组患者治疗后精子密度及活力提高(P<0.01),但C组精子活力的改善明显低于A组;B组治疗后精子活力提高,密度无明显变化。结论左卡尼汀联合复方玄驹胶囊可提高患者的精子密度和活力。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of compound xuanju capsule combined with levocarnitine on oligoasthenospermia. Methods A total of 120 male patients with oligozoospermia were randomly divided into three groups: group A was treated with combination therapy, group B was treated with levocarnitine, and group C was treated with xuanju capsule. Semen parameters were analyzed before and 3 months after treatment. Results Compared with those before treatment, the sperm density and viability of patients in groups A and C increased (P <0.01), but the improvement of sperm motility in group C was significantly lower than that of group A. After treatment, the sperm motility of group B increased and the density did not change significantly . Conclusion L-carnitine combined with xuanju capsule can increase the sperm density and vitality of patients.
