创新教育已成为我国中小学教研教改的一个重要课题。作为基础教育的小学教育,要把培养儿童的创新意识和创新能力摆在重要地位。教学过程本身就是知识传授与应用的学习和实践相结合的过程,是创新精神与创新意识的培养和发展相结合的过程,所以广大小学数学教师必须具备适应创新教育的教学能力和教研能力。
