Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP)和peptide histidine methionine(PHM)在人胃肠道的基因表达用PHM/VIP mRNA原位杂交法、Northern印迹法以及用抗PHM和VIP生物活性肽特异性抗血清的免疫细胞化学方法进行研究。在乙状结肠免疫细胞化学染色包括5种前原-VIP衍生肽。 取人胃窦、十二指肠、末端回肠、升结肠、横结肠、乙状结肠、直肠,标本来自外科手术病人,病例分别为胃溃疡、胃癌、结肠癌、结肠息肉、胰腺癌等。这些病例手术前均未进行过化疗和放疗。所取标本为
