桥梁工程多数都是工序复杂、而且建设过程太长的项目,工程项目皆以招投标制为主。因交通事业的快速发展,全方位启动桥梁工程建设,是建筑施工中的重点。为最大限度实现桥梁工程的经济利益,控制桥梁工程成本是必要的措施,是为更好地实现交通枢纽全面发展目标的基石。现阶段桥梁工程项目生产、效益两手抓。项目部领导班子对项目财务部的合同和工程成本进行分析,制定工程成本管理的相应规章制度,应从技术、经济、合同等方面综合分析,才能为今后桥梁工程项目的分工奠定基础。
