共轭聚合物纳米颗粒具有超强的荧光效应,而且无毒、水溶性好,是一类新型荧光探针,具有良好的生物成像功能。通过再沉淀法制备了水溶性的血卟啉掺杂的聚(9,9-二己基)芴(poly(9,9-dihexylfluorenyl-2,7-diyl))纳米颗粒,PDHF与血卟啉之间的共振能量转移,提高了血卟啉的荧光效应,同时改善了血卟啉的水溶性,并将其用于胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞成像分析,得到良好的成像效果。
