巨鹿人文精神的产生有其深刻的历史渊源,主要体现在西方人文主义、中国人文精神传统和巨鹿地方历史特色等方面。“包容诚信,执着担当,务实创新”分别可以从实际行动、习惯养成、工作作风等方面展示其现实性。在构建和谐巨鹿社会进程中,巨鹿人文精神对于密切干群关系、打造企业文化、处理公共利益和私人利益等社会矛盾,均具有指引意义。
The birth of the Julu humanistic spirit has its profound historical origins, which are mainly reflected in the aspects of western humanism, the tradition of Chinese humanistic spirit and the historical features of Julu. “Integrity, perseverance, pragmatic innovation ”, respectively, from the actual action, habits, work style and other aspects of its reality.
