水火管锅壳式锅炉是中国特有的炉型,对推动我国工业锅炉技术的发展,起到了重要作用。该炉型出现不到10年,便使中国80%的锅炉制造厂生产这种炉型,其产量竟占全国工业锅炉总产量的60%以上,并且至今仍长盛不衰,产量仍高达50%左右。水火管锅壳式锅炉出现后,经历过2次大改动,一是针对运行中出现的各种问题,在结构上做了不断的改动,诸如水冷壁管的非径向进入锅筒,改为径向进入;把烟气从锅筒底部小烟室进入烟管,改为由后管板进入等,其典型结构见图1。二是在高等院校科研成果的基础上,1989年起运用10项新技术,使其在结构上、计算方法上做了大的改
