电力企业是我国重要的能源支柱型企业,当前我国电力企业的人力资源管理,由于在计划经济体制的长期影响之下,存在着一系列的问题。为了加强对电力企业人力资源管理的合理化发展进程,就要开辟更广阔的人才招聘渠道,对于人力资源管理的重要性引起重视,并且进行长效的企业分部门培训。本着建立、健全有效的激励机制和人力资源招聘及管理机制的初衷,本文对于电力企业人力资源管理的现状进行了简要分析,并展开了深入的思考
Electric power enterprises are an important energy pillar enterprise in China. At present, the human resources management of China’s power companies has a series of problems due to the long-term influence of the planned economic system. In order to strengthen the rationalization of the development of human resources management in power companies, it is necessary to open up a broader talent recruitment channel, attach importance to the importance of human resources management, and conduct long-term corporate sub-sector training.
