营养教育是通过改变人们的饮食行为而达到改善营养状况目的的一种有计划的行动。有关人类营养学研究越来越受到世界各国的普遍关注。美国科学技术政策办公室将其分为三个主要部分:生物医学与行为科学、食物科学、营养教育。作为一种方便、经济的干预措施,营养教育正被各国政府和营养学专家广泛应用于居民营养状况的改善。
Nutrition education is a planned move to achieve the goal of improving nutrition by changing people’s eating behaviors. Research on human nutrition is getting more and more attention from all over the world. The US Office of Science and Technology Policy divides it into three main sections: Biomedical and Behavioral Sciences, Food Science, and Nutrition Education. Nutritional education, as a convenient and economical intervention, is being widely used by governments and nutrition experts in improving the nutritional status of residents.
