随着攀钢集团西昌钢钒公司高级别钢种的不断开发,转炉生产难度加大,为了满足低磷品种钢的要求,西昌钢钒通过试验总结出一套适合于半钢冶炼低磷、高品质钢种的工艺。通过优化转炉冶炼氧枪工艺,选择合理复吹制度及造渣制度,控制冶炼终点温度在1 620℃左右,结果终点磷含量由原先0.013%稳定降低到0.006%,满足了生产高品质钢对脱磷的要求,此工艺的试验成功为后期高端品种开发打下了坚实基础。
With the continuous development of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Xichang Steel and Vanadium company’s high-grade steel, converter production more difficult, in order to meet the requirements of low-phosphorus varieties of steel, Xichang Steel and Vanadium through the experiment summed up a set of semi-steel smelting low phosphorus, high Quality steel technology. By optimizing the process of smelting oxygen lance in BOF, choosing the reasonable blowing system and slagging system, the final temperature of smelting is controlled at about 1 620 ℃. As a result, the end-point phosphorus content is steadily reduced from 0.013% to 0.006%, which meets the demand of producing high- Phosphorus requirements, the successful test of this technology for the late development of high-end varieties laid a solid foundation.
