传统的甜椒载培方式是一年一茬。夏县贮藏保鲜研究所结合当地气候条件,根据甜椒生态特性;对甜椒实行再生栽培,改变了甜椒栽培方式,提高了甜椒单面积产量。实践证明,甜椒更新后,发芽迅速、枝叶繁茂,株挂果10个以上,单果平均重50克以上,亩增产80%,亩增值100%。对延后和提早甜椒供应有一定作用,调剂了市场余缺,满足了群众生活需要,提高了土地利用率,减少了重新育苗过程和重新育苗的劳力付出,经济效益十分可喜。一、气候、品种、方式种植地块属于遥逻渠冲积地带,地下水源充足,地势肥沃平坦,年平均温度13.2℃,无霜期长达270天,平均光照2300小时,气候对再生甜椒栽培有一定适宜条件。选用农大40甜椒品种,该品种株型紧凑,茎秆粗壮,叶片肥大,叶色浓绿,果实发育速度快,再生能力强,对病毒病抗性较强,单果重达300克以上,品质好,亩产量可达4000—5000公斤,是再生甜椒的一个理想品
