1 临床资料 全部病例均符合1986年全国第二届小儿腹泻防治会议制定的诊断标准,中医辨证分型符合国家中医药管理局1998年制定的《中医内外妇儿科病证诊断疗效标准》。将所观察的240例患儿随机分成两组,治疗组120例,男72例,女48例;年龄6个月～1岁98例;发病72h内就诊者102例;轻型腹泻99例,重型腹泻21例。对照组120例,男75例,女45例;年龄6个月～1岁104例;发病
