段学良,男,1965年生,山西省灵石县城关常青人,中共党员,大学文化,高级工程师,历任晋阳电碳厂化验室主任,质检科长,基建部长,生产部长,生产副厂长。1994年3月28日至1999年11月为晋阳碳素股份有限公司副董事长,副总经理。现任山西省晋阳碳素股份有限公司副董事长、总经理,山西省政协委员,山西省工商联合会执行员,晋中市工商联合会常委,第八届山西青联委员,省青年企业家协会会员,中国碳素行业协会理事,武汉科技大学碳素科技编辑部编委会委员。
