公路及公路运输,带动了区域经济的发展,从而对国民经济和社会发展起着基础和先导的重要作用。但同时公路用地是建设用地的大户,随着公路建设的推进,其占用土地数量将会更大。在当前土地日益紧缺的形势下,如何以有限的土地资源,实现经济社会可持续发展?这不仅是公路建设的一个重要课题,更是关系到国计民生的大问题。本文从分析我国公路建设占用土地的特征出发,针对我国公路建设占用土地中出现的问题,试图从规范公路建设用地、集约利用土地方面对出现的问题进行一些思考和探索。
The transportation of highways and highways has led to the development of regional economy and thus played a fundamental and leading role in the national economy and social development. However, at the same time, the land used for road is a large-scale construction land. As the highway construction progresses, the land occupation will be even greater. Under the current situation of increasingly scarce land, how to realize sustainable economic and social development with limited land resources? This is not only an important issue of highway construction but also a major issue concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of land occupied by highway construction in our country, aiming at the problems occurred in the occupied land of highway construction in our country, this paper attempts to make some thinking and exploration on the problems that arise from regulating land use and intensive land use.
