生物芯片是根据生物分子间特异相互作用的原理 ,将生化分析过程集成于固相载体表面 ,从而实现对 DNA、RNA和蛋白质等生物成分的高通量快速检测。通过生物芯片分析基因表达谱在基因组 DNA克隆的作图和测序、基因表达及调控研究、基因突变及多态性分析、药物敏感性研究等方面产生了巨大的推动力。本文介绍了生物芯片在血液系统肿瘤凋亡和分化研究、免疫表型分析、新的诊断标记寻找、疾病诊断分型和预后判断等方面应用的研究进展
Biochips are based on the principle of specific interactions between biomolecules that integrate the biochemical analysis process on the surface of a solid support to enable rapid, high-throughput detection of biological components such as DNA, RNA and proteins. Biochip analysis of gene expression profiles has generated tremendous momentum in mapping and sequencing of genomic DNA clones, gene expression and regulation studies, gene mutation and polymorphism analysis, and drug susceptibility studies.
