目的:了解基层医疗机构目前开展生殖道感染的诊疗现状及服务能力。方法:采用定性和定量调查研究相结合的调查方法对研究地区进行问卷调查及现场观察。结果:基层医疗机构生殖道感染的基本服务能力水平较低,在临床诊治过程中医务人员缺乏对生殖道感染的认识和基本技能。讨论:基层医疗机构需进一步提高生殖道感染服务的能力。
Objective: To understand the status quo and service capability of primary medical institutions currently carrying out diagnosis and treatment of genital tract infections. Methods: A qualitative and quantitative investigation method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey and field observation in the study area. Results: The basic service ability of genital tract infection in primary medical institutions was relatively low. In the clinical diagnosis and treatment, medical personnel lacked the knowledge and basic skills of reproductive tract infections. Discussion: Primary health care institutions need to further improve their reproductive tract infection services.
