3月27日下午,河南日报编辑部召开有报社主要负责同志和有关处室领导、编辑或专栏编辑参加的会议,就《新闻战线》编辑部提出的“如何繁荣报纸漫画”问题进行了座谈,到会同志认为: 一、《新闻战线》1982年第三期就“如何繁荣报纸漫画”问题发表的报道,对我们是个促进,我们欢迎漫画界同志的帮助,共同为繁荣河南的漫画创作而努力。方成同志对河南日报的批评,对于我们改进工作是有益的(发言中对我报漫画使用情况的说法,是不够准确的)。
