采用真空浸清加热分解的方法制备了载很活性碳纤维(ACF(Ag)).以大肠杆菌为研究对象,用抑菌坏试验研究了ACF(Ag)的灭菌性能以及粮食量、银颗粒大小及原始活性碳纤维(ACF)的比表面积等因素对其灭菌性能的影响规律.结果表明,ACF(Ag)的灭菌性能随银含量和比表面积的增加而加强,在银含量相同时,其灭菌性能随银颗粒的减小而增强.
The activated carbon fiber (ACF (Ag)) was prepared by vacuum digestion and pyrolysis method.The Escherichia coli was used as the research object to study the bacteriostasis of ACF (Ag) and the effects of the amount of food, silver particle size And the specific surface area of the original activated carbon fiber (ACF) were investigated.The results showed that the sterilization performance of ACF (Ag) was enhanced with the increase of silver content and specific surface area.
