目的:探讨Moesin和Rho A蛋白与外阴鳞癌发生发展的关系,为外阴鳞癌的治疗提供理论依据。方法:选取2002年6月~2012年6月该院妇科手术切除的外阴鳞癌标本30份,正常外阴皮肤石蜡标本20份。采用免疫组化法检测Moesin和Rho A蛋白在不同标本中的表达情况,并结合临床病理资料进行分析,同时检测E-cadherin蛋白的表达情况。结果:Moesin和Rho A蛋白在外阴鳞癌中的表达明显高于正常外阴皮肤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在外阴鳞癌Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者中的表达明显高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者,在中、低分化癌患者中的表达明显高于高分化癌患者,在有淋巴结转移患者中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Moesin与Rho A蛋白在外阴鳞癌中的表达呈正相关。E-cadherin蛋白在正常外阴皮肤基底层表达,但在外阴鳞癌中表达缺失。结论:Moesin和Rho A蛋白的高表达及E-cadherin蛋白表达的缺失可能与外阴鳞癌的发生发展有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Moesin and Rho A protein and the occurrence and development of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma, and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Thirty patients with vulvar squamous cell carcinoma and 20 normal vulvar skin paraffin specimens from June 2002 to June 2012 were selected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Moesin and Rho A protein in different specimens. The expression of E-cadherin protein was detected by clinicopathological data. Results: The expression of Moesin and Rho A protein in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal vulvar skin, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of Moesin and Rho A in patients with vulvar squamous cell carcinoma Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ Stage patients with moderate and poorly differentiated carcinoma was significantly higher than that of well-differentiated carcinoma patients, and the expression was significantly higher in patients with lymph node metastasis than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Moesin and Rho A protein expression in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma was positively correlated. E-cadherin protein is expressed in the basal layer of normal vulva but is absent in vulvar squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion: The overexpression of Moesin and Rho A protein and the loss of E-cadherin protein may be related to the occurrence and development of vulvar squamous cell carcinoma.
