1978年6月～1979年12月,我科试用了碳酸酐酶抑制剂—醋唑磺胺治疗溃疡病50例,取得了较好效果。现报道如下。一、治疗对象本组50例均系我科住院病人,除有典型临床症状和体征外,均经本院放射科钡餐透视有龛影和其它典型征象而确诊。其中十二指肠球部溃疡42例,胃溃疡8例。41例为青年战士,9例为40～69岁的工人和干部,全部为男性病人。病史在半年至20年之间。二、治疗方法 21天为1个疗程,治疗前和治疗结束时均做钡餐透视及胃液分析,查血清钾、钠、氯化物、尿pH值等。用药方法:醋唑磺胺
