目的:探讨加味香砂养胃汤配合三联疗法在胃溃疡患者中的应用价值。方法:将我院2015年3月至2015年9月期间诊治的46名胃溃疡患者作为观察对象,以数字随机法的方式将其分成常规组和实验组(n=23名),常规组患者采用克拉霉素、奥美拉唑以及阿莫西林三种药物联合治疗(即三联疗法),实验组患者则在常规组患者的基础上增添加味香砂养胃汤。结果:实验组患者治疗有效率91.3%明显高于常规组患者治疗有效率73.9%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;实验组显效患者出院后病情复发率16.7%明显低于常规组显效患者出院后病情复发率30.8%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:加味香砂养胃汤配合三联疗法在胃溃疡患者中的应用效果理想,能在提高患者治疗有效率的同时降低患者病情复发率,对于促进医疗行业的发展具有重要的价值,值得考虑在临床中广泛应用。
Objective: To investigate the value of Modified Xiangsha Yangwei Decoction combined with triple therapy in patients with gastric ulcer.
