近年来,随着城镇供水工程的日益发展,我厂自应力压力管生产量迅速增加。但是,由于受到场地等条件的限制,所需水养护设备没有得到相应增加,成型后的管子不能及时进行水保养,或水保养的管子不到稳定期就要起池,使产品质量得不到保证。为此,我们针对生产中出现的问题,做了一些试验工作,取得了一定的经验。一、试验条件1.试验用原材料1)水泥:湖南冷水滩特种水泥厂生产的硫铝酸盐自应力水泥2)自应力混凝土配合比:1:0.8:1.2
