On November 6, 2012, the Annual Conference of Chinese Water Conservancy Society 2012 was grandly opened in Wuhan. The annual meeting was highly regarded by the Ministry of Water Resources, Hubei Province and the community. Vice Minister of Water Resources Hu Siyi attended the annual meeting and made a speech entitled “Interpretation of the State Council on the Opinions on Practicing the Strict Water Resources Management System” The keynote speech, Guo Shengliang, vice governor of Hubei Province, Liu Yaming, director of the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and other leaders attended the conference and delivered speeches.
