5月1日,自1990 年酝酿修改以来历经11个寒暑,六易其稿作了较大修改的婚姻法终于公布施行了。作为一部事关12.6亿人口、3亿多家庭的重要法律,婚姻法的修改引起了社会各界的广泛关注。据了解,在关于修改婚姻法的决定起草、审议期间,国内主要媒体均作了相关报道,有的还进行了追踪报道。仅在决定草案公布征求意见期间,全国人大法工委就收到各界群众来信来函4000多件,此外还有通过报纸、期刊、网络等媒体收到的意见上千件……
