通过网络问卷对图书情报硕士专业学位(以下简称MLIS)研究生展开调研,对所得数据进行统计分析,发现当前MLIS研究生教育初试形式较为单一,课程设置和教学方式有待优化,师资队伍的知识结构尚需完善,实践教学的过程管理有待加强,职业规划的认识有所欠缺。针对上述困境,提出发展MLIS研究生教育的建议,以期提升教学质量,全面增强MLIS毕业生的职业竞争力。
Through online questionnaire, we conducted a survey on the postgraduates of Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), and conducted a statistical analysis of the data obtained. We found that the current MLIS postgraduate test form is simple, the curriculum and teaching methods need to be optimized, and the knowledge structure of teachers Perfection, process management of practical teaching needs to be strengthened, lack of understanding of career planning. In response to the above dilemma, we propose to develop MLIS graduate education with a view to improving teaching quality and comprehensively enhancing the vocational competitiveness of MLIS graduates.
