2010年,中国进入中等偏上收入国家行列,开始向经济发展新常态过渡。经济新常态下,针对有人质疑中国能够跨越“中等收入陷阱”的悲观情绪,习近平一再指出,支撑中国经济发展的内生因素很充分,中国不会落入所谓中等收入国家陷阱。中国具有经济发展潜力巨大、经济规模庞大和社会制度优越等多方面的优势,完全有能力在过去三十多年快速增长的基础上跨越“中等收入陷阱”。 In 2010, China entered the middle-income group and began to make the transition to a new normal in economic development. Under the new economic normal, Xi Jinping pointed out repeatedly that there are plenty of endogenous factors that support China’s economic development and that China will not fall into the trap of so-called middle-income countries, in the light of some questioning the pessimism that China can cross the “middle income trap.” With its great potential for economic development, its huge economy and its superior social system, China is well placed to surpass the “middle income trap” on the basis of the rapid growth of the past 30 years.
