对安徽省金寨县产西洋参和参土中无机元素的含量及其在主根、须根、芦头和叶子等部位中的分布规律进行了研究。结果发现,主根、须根、芦头的无机元素含量间里强正相关,而它们与叶子间的相关性则较弱。金属元素大致按“叶、芦头、须根、主根”的顺序递增(半金属或非金属例外)。与美国春相比,二者在所含人体必需微量元素种类上相近,在其量的关系上互有高低。而Ge和Se这两种药理活性较强的微量元素在金寨参中具有较高的含量,这进一步提高了该参的药用价值。
The contents of inorganic elements in American ginseng and ginseng soil in Jinzhai County of Anhui Province and their distribution in roots, fibrous roots, reed heads, and leaves were studied. The results showed that the contents of inorganic elements in the main root, fibrous roots, and reed head were strongly positively correlated with each other, while their correlation with leaves was weak. Metal elements are roughly in the order of “leaves, reed heads, fibrous roots, and major roots” (except for semi-metal or non-metal). Compared with the American Spring, the two are similar in terms of the types of essential trace elements contained in the human body, and their levels are mutually dependent on each other. Ge and Se, two kinds of trace elements with higher pharmacological activity, have a higher content in Jinzhai ginseng, which further improves the medicinal value of this ginseng.
