我校各班原有大量留级生,学生厌学,教师厌教。学校工作不能适应国家发展的需要。在这种情况下,提出实施劳动教育,教师中很自然地产生某些困惑和反感。教师中的种种疑虑,无疑是实施劳动教育的心理障碍。为此,我们在端正教育思想的基础上,初步确立了了解劳动意义,增强劳动意识,珍惜劳动成果,培养劳动习惯,尊重他人劳动的教育目标。建立了一人一责岗位制。试拟了“一天生活序”“行为规范序”和“家务劳动序”。对实施劳动教育作出了初步规划。劳动教育的目标确定以后,我们成立了课题研
