班干部是班级的骨干,是班主任的得力助手。一个班级教育管理的好坏,往往与班干部力量的强弱、发挥作用的大小有很大关系。一个班级拥有一个得力的班委,才更有利于教师管理工作的展开和班级健康发展。因此,教师是否有得力的班干部将直接影响到整个班级管理工作的成与败。一个班主任应怎样培养班干部呢?
