6月30日省政府发出通知要求各地市、县和有关部门必须认真贯彻《水法》。《通知》指出,《水法》是统管水的全局的基本法,是调整水资源开发、利用、保护、管理和防止水害的基本法律规范。我省水资源相当紧缺,切实搞好水资源的开发利用,充分发挥水资源的综合效益,对振兴我省经济繁荣,满足人民生活需要,具有重要现实意义和深远的历史意义。《通知》着重指出: ——各级人民政府和各级有关部门,都要认真组织干部群众学习《水法》,为贯彻执行
