孿生工厂布置并非什么太新的东西。所謂孿生工厂布置,就是把兩个工厂并列地布置在一起,中間不留空地,只隔一道圍牆,有如孿生兄弟,如圖1、2、3。4。这兩个厂一般应該同时設計,总体考虑,一次或分期建設。这样的做法,在苏联已有先例。苏联有一个汽轮机厂和一个發电机厂就是这样布置的。在我国新設計的工厂中,也已出現了这种情况。如某規模較小的电容器厂,就貼建在一个較大的电机工厂的边上,只从大厂里引过去一条铁路綫。近来,我們在設計中也常考虑这个問題。如考虑把水輪机厂与發电机厂并列布置在一处;
The factory layout is not too new. The so-called factory layout of the twins is to arrange the two factories side by side, leaving no space in the middle, but only one wall at a time, like a twin brother, as shown in Figure 1,2,3.
