充气石膏保温板由于其质轻、导热系数小、价格低,受到用户的欢迎。但该板目前系手工生产,存在效率低,板与板之间还会有冷桥出现等缺点,为此北京市建材科研院提出用机械化生产该板的设想,并经初步试验,采用在保温板的上下面加上护面纸,可在保证板的主要性能合格的前提下,减轻板重30％～40％。
Inflatable gypsum insulation board is popular with users because of its light weight, low thermal conductivity and low price. However, the board is currently manufactured by hand, with low efficiency, and there are shortcomings such as the appearance of a cold bridge between the board and the board. For this reason, Beijing Building Materials Research Institute proposed the idea of mechanized production of the board, and after preliminary tests, it is used in the insulation. The upper and lower surfaces of the board are covered with protective paper, which can reduce the board weight by 30% to 40% under the premise of ensuring that the main performance of the board is acceptable.
