In the past 40 years, due to extensive use of agricultural machinery, fertilizers and pesticides in various countries of the world, occupational health services of agricultural workers have drawn the attention of all countries in the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) and the World Labor Organization (ILO) have done a great deal of work in rural water supply, sanitation, prevention of nutritional diseases, control of communicable diseases, endemic diseases, parasitic diseases and zoonoses as well as improvement of rural health status .
