关于人工流产与子宫内膜异位症的关系,近年来有报道人工流产术后宫腔血逆流入腹腔致成血腹;有的术者已发现人流后输卵管结扎时腹腔内有不等量的游离血;人流致子宫穿孔病人,于一年后引起腹壁疤痕及盆腔子宫内膜异位症等病例。我院近10年收治的128例子宫内膜异位症患者中,有65例有人工流产史;有8例腹壁疤痕子宫内膜异位症,除1例为宫外
On the relationship between induced abortion and endometriosis, abortion has been reported in recent years after uterine bleeding into the abdominal cavity caused by blood flow to abdomen; some surgeons have found tubal ligation after abortion with varying amounts of Free blood; human flow of uterine perforation caused by abdominal scar and pelvic endometriosis and other cases a year later.
